CANCELLATION POLICY

To Cancel Membership

 

The following are policies for GYM ONE executed by accounts services partner ABC Financial Services LLC. Please refer to your copy of the membership agreement for specific details regarding your membership. We absolutely do NOT accept cancellations by phone to the gym or by email. You must follow our Cancellation Policy or your membership will NOT be canceled.

Cancellation Procedures: (The account must be current) Information required for cancellation of the membership agreement may be sent via member portal, regular or certified mail.

EFT Month to Month Open-end Members:

  1. Click on the My Membership Info Tab in the upper right-hand section.

  2. Then click on the Request Cancel link and complete the form.

  • You must complete and submit the form in order to request cancellation.

  • If we have an email address on file, you will receive a confirmation email once your request has been successfully submitted.

  • Transfers are not allowed.

  • Call 1-888-827-9262 for assistance.

 

Paid in Full Members/Cash Term Members:

Cancellation due to Moving:

  • You must move your residence 25 miles or more from the club facility.

  • You must provide sufficient proof that you are moving.

  • Please send in ONE of the following to the address below:

  1. New lease agreement in the member’s name signed by member and lessor.

  2. New utility hook-up or utility bill in member’s name.

  3. Newly issued driver’s license showing the new address.

  4. Copy of a one-way international plane ticket along with a copy of visa or green card.

  5. Letter from new employer (must be on letterhead), along with a copy of a pay stub.

  6. PCS orders (boot camp and basic training not accepted).

  7. Closing papers on a purchase of a new home.

  8. Students—must send in a copy of a class schedule (must be on letterhead) along with a copy of a paid tuition receipt.o If you cannot send in one of the above, you can send in two of the following:

  9. Current bank statement with the new address.

  10. Current credit card statement with the new address.

  11. Post office change of address confirmation.

  • Your membership will be canceled immediately after sufficient proof and written notice are received.

  • Once the membership is cancelled by ABC Financial Services, the information will be forwarded to the club for a prorated refund.

Cancellation of Paid in Full Membership due to Medical Condition:

  • Cancellation is allowed for a permanent or substantial disability.

  • You must provide documentation from your physician stating you have permanent or substantial disability.

  • Must be on letterhead and signed by the physician with a phone number to call and verify information, if needed.

  • Payments will continue until the proper documentation is received from your physician.

  • Your membership will be canceled immediately after sufficient proof and written notice are received.

  • Once the membership is cancelled by ABC Financial Services, the information will be forwarded to the club for a prorated refund.

  • Transfers are not allowed.

  • 3/5/7Day Cancels: You must contact your club representative in order to cancel your membership.

  • Please send supporting documentation to the ABC Financial address below.

Any information sent to ABC Financial Services, LLC. must include your 9-digit membership agreement number.
