Gym One is a locally owned Austin gym located at MoPac and West Anderson Lane in the Shoal Creek Plaza Shopping Center. We are a neighborhood gym that prides itself on customer service. You will not feel like just a number here at Gym One. You will become part of the family. Our members are real people of all ages and professions with something in common. They all want a nice, clean gym with great amenities, equipment, and services. As a result, we have a very gregarious gym environment punctuated by the development of true friendships.

We have everything you need in order to help you perform your fitness program and achieve your fitness goals. Our facility offers a wide selection of gym equipment, and cardio machines including: Step Mills, treadmills, steppers, exercise bikes, rower, ellipticals, dumbells from 5lb. to 150lb., free weights, medicine balls, selectorize weight machines, and plate loaded weight machines.

In addition, we also have a group of highly experienced personal trainers available to assist you in developing your physical fitness program, diet counseling, providing individualized weight training programs, weight loss, general fitness, wellness programs, to name a few. We offer no contract term for our month to month membership. For your convenience we offer the complimentary use of sweat towels and bath towels. The gym's other amenities include men's and women's dry saunas, body wash and shampoo, blow dryers, and many other hygiene products for your convenience. We also make available, a dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up, gourmet coffee, sports supplements, prepackaged meals to go(coming soon), and a car wash service to make your stop that much more efficient.
